Currently ranked as the top team in the state of Mississippi and the number five team nationally, Bandit Baseball will open up play in the Vols vs. Dogs Challenge in Starkville Friday evening at 6:30 PM against Hammers Baseball before taking on the Tupelo Rangers at 1:30 PM Saturday in the team's second and final pool play game of the weekend. Championship bracket play will then begin Saturday afternoon, with the action concluding on Sunday. Other teams taking part in the event include the North Mississippi Warriors, Sliders, Knights Baseball, and Muddawgs Baseball.
